    As a part of CIT's registration as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), CIT Solutions operates under a Code of Practice and a commitment to quality service.
     

    ISO9001 Certification

    In May 2003, CIT and CIT Solutions gained ISO 9001:2000 Certification, an international standard for quality management with an emphasis on continuous improvement and customer and stakeholder satisfaction.

    This assists CIT Solutions in understanding their customer needs, ensures they are measuring satisfaction with the services they provide and drives and improves business processes by continuously checking if processes are working or need to be improved.
